No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This is a very strict policy with no exceptions. Please only purchase tickets if you are comfortable and agree to the policy.

For Nightmare Combat, we are unable to reschedule tickets. Because there are a limited number of weapons available and the event sells out we simply won’t have extra equipment for other Arrival Times.

Unused tickets to Nightmare Combat can only be transferred to the 2024 Halloween season at Fear Columbus from 9/13 – 11/2/2024. Under no circumstances can they be transferred to future events outside of this.
