Waiver Link


Everyone in your group must complete the waiver linked below prior to arrival. You will not be able to sign this on site and must be done by every group member before your scheduled time.  If members of your group change, the new members must complete a new waiver.  If you experience any technical difficulties please email us prior to arrival. Onsite staff can not assist with waivers.

Location and Parking

You can park at any open spot in the plaza. Parking is completely free with ample availability.  Please use caution when approaching the parking lot as the aisle directly in front of our building will be blocked off for vehicle traffic to ensure guests can safely navigate in front of our building. This is also a fire lane and must be kept completely clear at all times.

The building sign will still show “13th Floor Haunted House” as we are still transitioning to our new brand name!

How Your Wave Time Works

Please pay close attention to your wave time listed on your ticket. You will arrive 15 minutes prior to your wave time to account for traffic or travel delays. Once you arrive, please wait in/near your car until your scheduled wave time and then proceed to the front doors of the facility. 

Wave times are carefully scheduled and planned and it’s critical you show up on time. If you are traveling from out of state make sure to give yourself ample time in case of delays.  We only have a fixed number of weapons for guests so we cannot move wave times or make exceptions if you are late or early.

Group Larger than 6

If you purchased tickets in groups larger than 6 please plan ahead to split into smaller groups no larger than 6.  Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this rule. The attraction is specifically designed for groups 6 or smaller and larger groups cause both a safety concern as well as ruin the experience for everyone involved. You will still wait in line with your larger group and can meet up at the end of the attraction in our Fear Gear merchandise store.

Security Checkpoint

When you arrive at the facility your entire group will go through a thorough security screening process including a walkthrough metal detector, weapon detectors, and metal detector wands. Columbus Police department will be assisting with this checkpoint to ensure everyone’s safety. Absolutely no weapons of any kind will be permitted inside the building. No knives, sharp objects, guns, ammo, food, drinks, or liquids of any kind are permitted inside the facility.

Merchandise Sales

We have a full merchandise store when you complete the attraction! This store is credit card only so please plan accordingly. Due to security protocol, you will not be allowed to go to your car to get credit cards or ID’s once you leave the store.

Printed Photos

An event staff member will hand you a special card when they scan your tickets depending on which ticket type you purchased. Please store this card in a pocket until you are asked for it by our team. Please be proactive with our event staff if you purchased a Photo and you did not receive a card when you got your ticket scanned don’t hesitate to remind them. We want to make sure everyone gets what they paid for!

How To Play

You will get formal training before your mission starts but we have also created a page on the website with some basic information on gameplay.

Wheelchairs and ADA

If you are in a wheelchair or have any medical limitations and would like a sling for your weapon please make sure to ask a staff member when receiving your gun. Please make sure to only request these if it is a medical concern, so those that need them have them available to them. If you have any concerns or requests please reach out to us directly at at least 48 hours before your event date so we can do our best to help you! 

Names on Tickets

We have recently updated our policy and the names on your tickets no longer need to match who is attending. In an effort to make the ticketing process easier you do not need to change names on your tickets if members of your group change prior to the event. 

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to attend the event. Anyone under 15 years of age MUST have at least one parent/guardian in the group.

Important FAQs


We are able to scan your tickets off your smart phone. However, we do recommend printing them if you’re able. When you arrive please have your tickets ready on your phone and your brightness turned all the way up!

We do not offer discounts for children because we do not allow anyone under the age of 13 into Nightmare Combat.

Each ticket is good for one admission into the attraction. If you’d like to experience it again, you’ll need to purchase another ticket.

Groups of 20+ should contact for specialty rates! Please note that you will need to break up into smaller groups of 4-6 to go through the attraction. 

No. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. You may change your ticket to a different date or time as long as their is availability. You may also transfer your tickets to someone else if you are not able to attend.  All ticket changes MUST be done online through our ticketing portal. We can not change tickets over the phone or via an email request. 

Who should attend

You must be at least 13 years of age to attend the event. Anyone under 15 years of age MUST have at least one parent/guardian in the group. 

Please be aware that this event is a very graphic and violent experience featuring full size and weight weapons and 50+ live performers.  We want everyone to have fun but this is not an event intended for small children. Do not mistake this event with your kids playing laser tag. 

Due to the extremely active nature of this event we very strongly discourage anyone who is pregnant to attend the event. 

We suggest calling your OBGYN and/or Physician to discuss the situation with them. If you purchase tickets please note no refunds will be offered if you decide not to attend before or during the event.

With any medical condition, we suggest talking to your doctor or physician before coming through the attraction. Very heavy fog effects are in use in the attraction, so we do recommend bringing your inhaler or any device that you may need. 

We’d also recommend people with epilepsy, heart issues and pregnant women consult their physician before going through the attractions.

Please note that if you purchase tickets and then decide not to attend for medical reasons we do not offer refunds. You may however always sell or transfer your ticket to someone else.

on-site / day of

Normal wait times for this special event are normally very short due to low capacity and timed ticketing.  Backups and technical issues can occur with any live performance so please plan accordingly.

We do not suggest making any reservations after this event in the event of delays.

No! We have ample FREE on-site parking in the parking lot at our location!

For this special event the majority of the waiting line is inside. You will wait outside once it is your reservation time just to get your ticket scanned and temperature taken. After this the rest of your wait is inside our large themed waiting area.

Yes, the entire attraction is ADA accessible but remember you will be carrying your weapon through the entire attraction.  Our staff will be available at any point if you need any help.

We do ask to please email us at with your reservation date and time if you will need some help and we will make sure we have a dedicated staff member for you! 

Yes. Over 100 actually. We have strobe lights or flashing lights in almost every room of the attraction including the waiting line. 

It is absolutely not recommended for people that have Epilepsy go through the Haunted House. We suggest talking to your doctor if you have any conditions such as asthma, heart issues, or if you’re pregnant, before walking through the show.

We do not offer refunds after the order has been placed so please speak with your doctor before you make your purchase

The Columbus Police Department will be on-site every night our doors are open along with a team of private security and cast members. We work hard to ensure the safety of all of our guests.

We require each person to pass through our security screening before they enter. Security screening involves walk-through metal detectors, weapons detector wands, and full bag checks.

Please note if you are carrying any prohibited items your entire group will need to leave the line and place these items in your vehicle and return to the end of the line. If you are unsure about an item or need any special accommodations please email us at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation time.

Please arrive on time to your reservation time to allow time for our security process.

Photography and video recording (including GoPros) are not permitted in the attraction and may result in removal from the attraction without a refund.

Actors will not intentionally touch or grab our guests. However, because of the dark and sometimes tight nature of the attraction, an actor may graze or run into you. Please be understanding and do your part to keep your distance so everyone remains safe. 

Anyone reported to have touched an actor will be immediately removed from the attraction without a refund and our onsite Columbus Police officer will file a police report regardless of the severity of the issue.  

Even though they’re in makeup, it’s important to remember that the actors are people, some under 18 years old. Please be respectful and keep your distance. Intentionally touching an actor can result in the immediate removal of you and your group without a refund.

Anyone reported to have touched an actor will be immediately removed from the attraction without a refund and our onsite Columbus Police officer will file a police report regardless of the severity of the issue.  


Stay calm and find the nearest actor or staff member. They will escort you to the nearest exit. Please note, like sporting events and large attractions, we absolutely do not give refunds under any circumstances.

We do not have lockers or a coat check at the attraction. Due to the active nature of this event we do not allow you to be holding any bags of any kind. Please leave all bags and purses in your vehicle. 

There are many life-like creatures in the attraction. However, we do not have real animals in the attraction.

Hours are subject to change without notice.  When you purchase your ticket you will make a reservation for the date and time you will attend. Regardless of the time you select you will get the same length experience as we stay open until all groups have completed their missions. Don’t be afraid to select the late night times, it won’t effect your experience.

Ticket prices are dynamic and vary by date, time and type as well as increase the closer it gets to the event. When you go to purchase your tickets you will see a complete list of available ticket options.

This experience has been drastically changed since Zombie Apocalypse Live was hosted in Columbus. The mission, monsters, settings, ect have all changed. The weapons have been slightly upgraded to improve reliability and ammo has been changed to create a more realistic experience but they are the same professional military training weapons.


Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express to purchase tickets online as well as our Fear Gear merchandise store. 

We do not accept cash under any circumstances. If you are not able to pay with a card please have another member of your group complete the purchase.

Group sizes for 2021 will follow all state requirements for entertainment venues. This may vary as new health orders are put in place.

We do not allow more than 6 people in a single team so plan accordingly. If you have a larger group and purchase for the same time slot you will need to break up into smaller groups. 


For this event dressing in your favorite tactical attire is highly encouraged but of course not required as long as the only mask you have on your face is a protective one. You should also leave any props at home.
