Even though they’re in makeup, it’s important to remember that the actors are people, some under 18 years old. Please be respectful and keep your distance. Intentionally touching an actor will result in the immediate removal of you and your group without a refund. We have security cameras in all rooms of the experience and take the safety of our staff and guests extremely seriously.

Anyone reported to have touched an actor will be immediately removed from the attraction without a refund and our onsite Columbus Police officer will file a police report regardless of the severity of the issue.
