We HIGHLY recommend one person in your group make the purchase for the whole group.
All members of a group must purchase tickets for the same Date and Arrival Time. Due to a limited amount of guns available for each round, we are unfortunately not able to be flexible on this. We are not able to provide refunds or move your reservations if you don’t select the same Arrival Time as your group. We are not able to add team members due to only having a limited number of weapons.
The Virtual Queue
Due to overwhelming demand we will be using a virtual queue during the ticket release. This is the same software used by Ticketmaster and large scale concerts. When you land on the ticketing website you will encounter a screen that will make sure everyone gets tickets in the order in which they come to the website. This is an attempt to make the ticket buying process as smooth as possible.
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
The first step is to select the date you would like to attend. Available dates will be listed right on the ticketing page. Always plan a backup date with your group in case your first choice is sold out.
Next, you will select your Arrival Time. This is the time your group will join the waiting line. This drastically reduces wait times and improves overall customer experience.
Lastly, you will select any add-ons to your experience you would like. These can include group photos or exclusive dog tags.

Ticket prices are dynamic and vary based on current customer demand and several other factors. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Group Size
1-6 Players
Groups are strictly limited to 6 members going through the experience together. Groups larger than 6 will be split into smaller groups. There are no exceptions to this rule and it is for the safety and satisfaction of all our guests. Some rooms in the attraction are too small for groups larger than 6.
New for 2024: You may go through the experience with other guests if you have less than 6 players in your group. The new experience for 2024 is much longer and requires a minimum group size to complete all challenges. This new format allows all members of a larger group an equal opportunity to play so guests in the “back” of the group are just important to the team’s success.
You may do this experience in groups smaller than 6 but you will need to purchase 6 tickets to the same time slot to guarantee a private experience.
Length of Experience
60 Minutes on Average
New for 2024, we have extended the experience and made objectives time-based so you will get more playing time than ever before.
10 Minutes: Security Screening and Checkin
10 Minutes: New Briefing Pre-Show
5 Minutes: Group Photo
5 Minutes: Training
30 Minutes: Main Mission
10 Minutes: Debriefing and Scoring
Please allow 60-90 minutes for your experience between all parts of the experience, potential delays, shopping in store, and security/checkin.
When planning your visit please allow for at least 90 minutes between the time you arrive and the time you leave. If you are purchasing multiple time slots in the same day please give ample time between.
Age Restrictions
13+ ONLY - Under 16 With Parent
You must be at least 13 years of age to attend the event. Anyone under 16 years of age MUST have at least one parent/guardian in the group. Everyone must sign a waiver before entering the attraction and anyone under 18 must have a parent sign on their behalf.
Please be aware that this is a very graphic and violent experience featuring full size and weight weapons and 50+ live performers. We want everyone to have fun but this is not an event intended for children. Do not mistake this event with your kids playing classic laser tag.
Arrival Times
When You Join The Waiting Line
You will select an Arrival Time when purchasing your tickets. This is the time you will join the waiting line, this is not a guaranteed time you will start your mission. Wait times for this event are usually very minimal but unexpected delays are always possible so plan accordingly.
All guests will get the entire experience regardless of what Arrival Time you select. Do not be afraid to select a later Arrival Time, these do not represent the times we close the doors. You will not be rushed and the attraction will be fully operational until the last group is complete. Later Arrival Times usually have shorter wait times as well.
NO REFUNDS OR Rescheduling
Absolutely No Refunds, Rescheduling or Exchanges!
By purchasing tickets to this unique live event, you understand that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Double check your entire order is accurate before completing your purchase. Due to a limited number of guns for this special event and other logistical reason, we can not allow changing dates or times or adding team members.
This is the only event that we host at Fear Columbus that does not allow rescheduling of any kind. There are logistical limitations and very high demand that prevent this from being possible. Because of this, it is not possible to change your date and time after purchase. Capacity for this event is strictly limited by the number of guns we have available so there is truly nothing we are able to do.
